Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the following month, and you will not be billed further.

1.2 Annual Subscription: If you have opted for an annual subscription, you have the right to cancel within the first 15 days of your subscription. After the initial 15-day period, the annual subscription becomes non-refundable. To cancel your annual subscription, you can send an email to our customer support at [editor@viyug.com]. If you have subscribed to us via PayPal or any other 3rd party payment provider, then concerned charges will be deducted and refund will be provided.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 Monthly Subscription: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the newsletter until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

2.2 Annual Subscription: Refunds for annual subscriptions are only applicable within the first 15 days of your subscription. If you cancel within this period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
